Culinary Immersion Experience

Join Chef Wills, co-Proprietor of The Canyon Villa, formally the Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director of the world famous Playboy Mansion for 30 years, as he helps you achieve greater confidence in your culinary acumen. Available upon request at time of booking.

Chef Carter will provide you with the building blocks to achieve greater confidence with your culinary skills. Pursue and explore your culinary realm in a friendly, non-intimidating learning atmosphere. Chef Carter will tailor the experience with your input covering intricate techniques that may have mystified you. Whether making pizza “magic,” preparing an alfresco lunch, designing and producing a multi-course dinner or creating mouth-watering desserts, you will be the envy of your guests.

The Culinary Immersion Experience is designed for one-on-one as well as group sessions. The tuition fee is per person and includes the culmination meal and complimentary glass of wine. Students are required to provide their own knives. All other culinary equipment required for the class will be provided. Classes are available Monday through Thursday.
